Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ is seeking an Intake/Scheduling Specialist to register and schedule patients for outpatient appointments, procedures, and surgeries, and to assist with related tasks.

You will collaborate with the Neurological Institute team and other departments, perform record gathering, scanning, faxing, uploading images, and maintain excellent patient service. Epic experience is highly preferred; a High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Epic experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule patients for outpatient appointments, procedures, and/or surgeries.
• Assist with tasks related to patient care and appointments (record gathering, scanning, faxing, uploading images).
• Collaborate with CNI team and other Cooper departments (nursing, patient access, lab, radiology, OR).
