• Experience operating CNC or manual machining equipment per specs.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and GD&T.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and 5S/Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC/Manual machines (Lathes/Mills/Swiss/Grinders) per specs.
• Perform 1st piece inspections and learn processes.
• Maintain 5S standards and support lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and safety goals.
