Job summary

As a CNC Tooling Sales Engineer in Worcester, MA, you will support capital equipment sales by delivering technical information, building relationships, and guiding projects from pre-sales through completion while coordinating with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred with 3+ years of experience.
• Deep CNC machine knowledge and applications in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to interpret various instructions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce a plus) and travel-ready.
• Valid US driver's license; US passport a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships from pre-sales to project completion via Salesforce.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and products.
• Support tooling and machine accessory projects within a sales territory as central knowledge base.
• Develop solutions for process optimization and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Participate in education meetings and training to stay current with products and technologies.
• Cultivate a sales territory to generate revenue when not supporting capital machine projects.
• Respond to customers and account managers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism with customers and colleagues.
