Job summary

The Robert E. Morris Company, a division of Morris Group, Inc., is seeking a CNC Tooling Sales Engineer in Springfield, MA.

You will support the capital equipment sales process by delivering technical information to improve productivity for machine tool users, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring follow-up with customers. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, supporting tooling projects, and developing solutions from concept to completion while traveling regionally

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree (or related field) preferred with 3+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience with CNC machine technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to interpret varied instructions.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
• Valid US driving license; travel across regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships from pre-sales to project completion.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and represented products.
• Support tooling and machine accessory projects within a sales territory.
• Develop solutions for process optimization and manage related projects end‑to‑end.
• Present products and information effectively to customers in various settings.
