Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking an upbeat CNC Manufacturing Engineer to support customers and internal sales with innovative CNC solutions, including automation and robotics.

You will program CNC tools, develop processes, provide training, prepare cost estimates, and demonstrate equipment while maintaining deep knowledge of product lines. Travel regionally to support customers and partners.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on machining experience.
• Preference for MasterCam and/or Esprit proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Part programming of CNC machine tools and process development.
• Conduct pre-sale activities including customer visits and machine assessments.
• Draft accurate cost estimates and engineering reports.
• Program and set up CNC lathes and mills with automation and robotics.
• Develop and deliver customer demonstrations and training for CNC machines.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product lines represented by the company.
