Job summary

DRT Holdings, LLC is seeking a Materials/Tool Crib Coordinator in the Dayton area to ensure CNC machinists have the tooling and materials needed to meet production schedules. You will manage tooling kits, stage parts for machining centers, and maintain accurate inventory records while supporting warehouse operations and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, machine shop, tool room, logistics, warehouse, or materials management.
• Experience managing inventory, materials, tooling, or industrial assets.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or inventory management software.
• Basic computer skills and inventory record keeping.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to read/work instructions and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Issue tooling, equipment, and supplies to machinists and production personnel.
• Prepare and stage tooling kits for CNC centers and VMCs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for tooling, consumables, and materials.
• Receive, inspect, label, stock, and organize incoming tooling and supplies.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Monitor tooling condition and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Order replacement tooling, inserts, and consumables.
• Support production schedules by ensuring tooling and materials are available.
