Job summary

Search Masters in Ohio seeks an experienced Operations Leader to guide a team of about 10 machinists in a non-union shop. You will oversee production operations, drive efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery while managing departmental budgets.

You will champion continuous improvement, uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and work to optimize costs and profitability in a privately owned manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Expertise in milling, turning, and EDM machining processes.
• Experience leading ~10 machinists in a non-union shop.
• Strong focus on on-time delivery, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
