CoorsTek is seeking a CNC Set-Up I to load preset programs, make minor adjustments, and operate CNC equipment to produce acceptable parts in a team environment. Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow instructions precisely.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred), three years of relevant experience, CAD/CAM familiarity, GD&T and SPC knowledge, and strong attention to detail. This role involves varied machinery and safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Understand and act on verbal and written instructions.
• Intermediate math (algebra, geometry) and computer skills.
• Learn and utilize CAD/CAM programs and G and M codes.
• Understand GD&T and SPC concepts.
• Attention to detail and teamwork across cultures.

Aufgaben

• Load preset CNC programs and make minor adjustments to direct machine operation.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce acceptable parts per instructions.
• Inspect parts in-process and record results; notify deviations.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and preventative maintenance tasks like changing coolants and filters.
• Move and transport product using hand-truck, pallet jack, forklift, crane, or hoist.
• Maintain clean work area, machines, tools and equipment.
• Wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
