Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a CNC Set-Up I to load and adjust preset CNC programs and operate manufacturing machinery to produce quality parts. You will work in a team to meet production goals and keep a clean work area.

Responsibilities include program setup, basic adjustments, in-process inspection, and safe material handling on 10-hour shifts. Education: HS diploma or equivalent; 3 years relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three years of relevant CNC experience.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load preset CNC programs and make minor adjustments to direct machine operation.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce acceptable products per work instructions.
• Inspect parts during in-process inspection and record results; notify deviations.
• Perform basic machine adjustments (offsets, tool settings) and routine maintenance.
• Maintain clean work area and handle materials safely.
