Job summary

Provisur Technologies is seeking a CNC Set Up Machinist for its Whitewater, WI facility. This role focuses on setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts according to blueprints and quality standards.

You will read and interpret drawings, conduct quality checks with calipers, micrometers, and other gauges, and collaborate with a team in a modern, air-conditioned environment. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of CNC machines from the shop floor or a CNC degree program.
• CNC setup experience with the ability to perform several setups in a day in a job shop.
• Willingness to learn, share input to improve products or processes.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC lathe and mill to produce parts per blueprints and work instructions.
• Read blueprints, inspection check-sheets, and instructions; perform quality checks with gauges.
• Collaborate with team, continuously improve processes and tooling.
