Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining experience on the shop floor or a CNC degree program.
• CNC setup experience in a job shop with multiple setups per day.
• Willingness to learn, share ideas, and improve products or processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines per blueprints and work instructions.
• Read blueprints, inspection check-sheets, and instructions.
• Use gauges to perform quality checks and adjust machines.
