Provisur is hiring for a CNC Set Up Machinist in Whitewater, WI. The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills to manufacture precision parts according to blueprints, while ensuring quality through inspections.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of CNC machines gained on shop floor or in a CNC program.
• CNC setup experience with ability to perform several setups daily.
• Willingness to learn and share improvements to product and process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines to produce parts per blueprints and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, inspection sheets, and instructions.
• Use gauges (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to perform quality checks and adjust machines as needed.
