Pro Products LLC in Green Bay, Wisconsin, seeks a skilled 1st Shift CNC Setup Programmer to prepare, program and adjust CNC equipment for precision machining. This role collaborates with machinists and quality personnel to maintain efficient production and high-quality parts.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, set up tooling, verify part dimensions, and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent part quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and machining specifications.
• Basic knowledge of CNC setup, programming and machining processes.
• Familiarity with cutting tools, fixtures and precision measuring equipment.
• Understanding of tolerances and GD&T principles.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Set up and program CNC machines for production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures and workholding equipment.
• Adjust programs, offsets and machine settings as needed.
• Perform basic inspections to verify part dimensions and quality.
• Troubleshoot setup, tooling and machining issues.
• Work with machinists, supervisors and quality personnel to resolve production concerns.
• Maintain accurate setup and production documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Follow established safety, quality and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
