Job summary

A leading precision manufacturing company in Reynoldsville, PA, is seeking an experienced Walter CNC Set‐Up Operator. You will set up and operate CNC tool and cutter grinding machines to produce high-quality round cutting tools. The ideal candidate should possess experience with CNC machines, a strong understanding of tool geometry, and the ability to read technical drawings. Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating CNC tool & cutter grinding machines.
• Strong understanding of round tool geometry.
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Walter CNC grinders for round tool production.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Perform inspections using measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
