Job summary

Seco Tools in Reynoldsville, PA is seeking an experienced Rollomatic CNC Set-Up Operator to join our precision tool grinding team on 2nd shift. You will set up and adjust Rollomatic grinders, load programs, verify tool geometry, and ensure first-piece and in-process quality.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, reading blueprints and GD&T, and the ability to work independently and with others in a clean, 5S environment. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have strong math skills using metrics, decimals, and fractions.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques.
• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving abilities; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders for round tool production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, tool drawings, and specs.
• Load programs, adjust offsets, and edit as needed for geometry accuracy.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process checks with precision tools.
• Monitor machine performance and tool quality; adjust as required.
• Maintain a clean, 5S-compliant work area.
• Troubleshoot machine issues with maintenance/engineering.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain records.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
