Seco Tools LLC in Reynoldsville, PA is seeking an experienced Walter CNC Set-Up Operator to join our precision grinding team. You will set up, prove out, and adjust programs on Walter CNC tool grinders to produce round cutting tools, reading blueprints and GD&T to print.

The role requires hands-on experience with carbide or HSS tools, strong measurement skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating Walter CNC tool grinders.
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency using precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Walter CNC grinders for round tool production.
• Read blueprints, load programs, and adjust offsets.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Maintain a clean 5S workspace and safety standards.
• Document production records and troubleshoot issues with maintenance.
