Job summary

Seco Tools, a subsidy of Sandvik, is seeking a Rollomatic CNC Set-up Operator in Reynoldsville, PA for the 3rd shift (8p–6a, M-Th). You will set up, adjust programs, operate Rollomatic grinders, and maintain tool quality with strict adherence to 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Math skills using metrics, decimals, and fractions.
• Proficiency using precision measurement tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders for round tool production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, tool drawings, and engineering specs.
• Load programs, make offsets, and perform minor edits for geometry accuracy.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process checks with measuring equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and tool quality; adjust as needed.
• Maintain a clean, 5S-organized work area; follow safety procedures.
