Job summary

Precision Aerospace, a Precinmac Company, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Leader to own reliability for 130+ assets including EDM, turning centers, 4/5-axis machines, and CMMs. You will advance preventive and predictive maintenance, triage breakdowns, and drive MTTR/MTBF to protect schedules.

Lead a skilled team, manage the maintenance budget, and align with AS9100 Rev D while coordinating OEM support for upgrades and spares. Emphasis on safety, calibration, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop aMaintenance team across multiple shifts.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure AS9100/ISO9001 alignment and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and maintenance for 130+ assets.
• Drive MTTR/MTBF targets to protect production schedules.
• Coordinate OEM and field service for rebuilds and upgrades.
• Lead safety, EHS, and incident investigations.
• Manage annual maintenance budget and capital planning.
• Develop spare parts strategy linked to OEE insights.
