Job summary

Precinmac in Irving, TX seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for 130+ CNC machines in a AS9100 environment. You will drive PM/PdM programs, manage a maintenance team, and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to improve equipment reliability and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in precision manufacturing maintenance, 3+ years in leadership, and strong CMMS, CNC, electrical, PLC, and safety expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, or an Associate with 8+ years' maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 7 years progressive maintenance experience in precision manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience maintaining CNC machine tools (turning centers, EDM, CMM, 5-axis/multi-axis).
• Experience in AS9100/ISO 9001 environments with CMMS usage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics and machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across 130+ CNC machines and related support systems.
• Develop and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team; assign work orders and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Operations to improve reliability and on-time delivery.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, and contractor relationships; ensure safety compliance.
