Qualifications

• 8+ years in a manufacturing maintenance leadership role.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls, servo drives, and complex mechanical/hydraulic systems.
• Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments.
• Proficient with CMMS for work orders and asset history.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance activities for a large fleet of CNC equipment including multi-axis milling, turning centers, and EDM systems.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage facility infrastructure (HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air) for optimal performance.
• Lead, mentor, and train maintenance technicians, promoting safety and technical excellence.
• Maintain compliance with quality management systems including calibration and traceability documentation.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external contractor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement using OEE metrics and data-driven root cause analysis to boost production efficiency.

• Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and compressed air systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety.
• Maintain strict compliance with quality management systems, including equipment calibration and traceability documentation.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external contractor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using OEE metrics and data-driven root cause analysis to enhance production efficiency.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (8+ years) in a manufacturing maintenance leadership role.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting CNC controls, servo drives, and complex mechanical/hydraulic systems.
• Strong background in managing maintenance operations within an ISO 9001 or AS9100 regulated environment.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms for work order tracking and equipment history management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA safety standards, including LOTO and machine safeguarding.
• Demonstrated ability to manage departmental budgets and lead technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CMRP or CRL.
• Experience with high-precision CMM calibration and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience working in ITAR-regulated or defense-related manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency with integrated ERP systems for maintenance module management.
