Job summary

Precinmac, LP. in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep of 130+ CNC machines across aerospace-grade manufacturing environments, ensuring AS9100 quality compliance and on-time production.

You will build and drive PM and PdM programs, manage a maintenance team, control budgets, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Operations to improve reliability and safety. Candidates should have a mechanical/electrical engineering background, 7+ years maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in precision manufacturing, with 3+ in leadership.
Hands-on CNC maintenance experience on turning centers, milling machines, EDM, and CMMs.
Experience with CMMS and ERP systems for work orders and calibration records.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, and safety in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance across 130+ CNC machines including EDM, turning, 4/5-axis mills, and CMMs.
Develop and execute a comprehensive PM program covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and coolant systems.
Lead PdM strategies to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability metrics.
Manage maintenance budget, spare parts, and contractor/vendor relationships.
Ensure AS9100 compliance and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations.
Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team across multiple shifts.
