• Hands-on CNC programming experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models and customer specs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proven collaboration across production, sales, quality and shipping teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for laser cutting, punching, press brake and other sheet metal equipment.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, CAD models and specs to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Select tooling, materials, and methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Design manufacturing fixtures and establish routings per standards.
• Coordinate with production to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates from materials, labor, machine time, and services.
• Support sales with timely and competitive quotations.
• Maintain quality documentation and support continuous improvement.
