The ideal candidate will have hands-on programming experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across production, sales, quality, and shipping to optimize manufacturing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated CNC programming experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficiency with CAD software and relevant CNC programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, tooling, and materials.
• Familiarity with equipment and manufacturing standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting production and quoting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• CNC Programming and Manufacturing Support: Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for laser cutting, punching, press brake, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Cost Estimating and Quoting: Prepare accurate cost estimates based on material requirements, labor, machine time, and outside services.
• Quality and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and maintain quality documentation, verify conformance to customer specs, and support corrective actions.
• Shipping and Order Coordination: Coordinate packaging and shipment, prepare shipping docs, and ensure order accuracy before shipment.
