Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong CNC programming skills with G-code proficiency.
• Hands-on CNC tooling experience and setup/changeover.
• Blueprint reading with GD&T competency.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Precision measurement and hand metrology proficiency.
• Manual machining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform prints into efficient CNC code using G-code and CAM workflows.
• Set up and change over CNC mills (3–4 axis VMC) for repeatable runs.
• Apply GD&T to validate design intent and machining strategies.
• Troubleshoot machines and tooling to resolve issues quickly.
• Use precision measurement to confirm part conformity.
• Support production with occasional manual machining.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize programs, tooling, setups.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
