Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret drawings with GD&T and tight tolerances.
• Capable of using precision measurement tools to verify part quality.
• Understand tool wear and offsets and set up tooling accordingly.
• Knowledge of inline machining processes and tooling inserts.
• Experience with ISO quality systems and SPC control.

Responsibilities

• Read complex prints and tolerances with GD&T.
• Determine tool wear and perform tool changes and offsets.
• Ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances and quality specs.
• Perform machine setups for multi-operation parts.
• Maintain accurate router and SPC documentation.
