Job summary

UCT in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. You will develop, optimize, and support CNC machining processes to produce complex, high-precision components that meet tight tolerances and strict quality standards.

You will interpret drawings and GD&T, set up tooling and offsets, manage documentation, and drive productivity while minimizing scrap. Experience with stainless steel and exotic materials is a plus, with ISO experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read prints and GD&T to tight tolerances.
• Must determine tool wear and set offsets with tolerances ≤0.001.
• Skilled with precision measurement tools to verify parts.
• Experience with ISO implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read prints and GD&T per spec.
• Set up and optimize CNC milling operations.
• Maintain SPC documentation and part counts.
• Ensure quality and productivity targets are met.
• Report issues and support safe operations.
• Load/unload and inspect parts.
