Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology Systems & Svc Inc is seeking a CNC Operator in Hillsboro, OR. You will set up, operate, and optimize CNC machines to produce precision metal components in stainless steel, steel, and aluminum.

You will interpret blueprints, select tooling, perform adjustments, and document production and inspection results. The role requires a minimum of 2 years CNC machining experience; 3–5 years preferred, including program editing and multi-axis operation.

Qualifications

Minimum: 2 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred: 3–5 years of experience, including program editing and multi-axis machine operation.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines for stainless steel, steel, and aluminum parts.
Make necessary offsets and adjustments to CNC programs and machine settings.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure precision.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine care on equipment.
Accurately complete job travelers, inspection logs, and labor tracking in the system.
Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals and resolve issues.
