Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs for doors and windows. You will support the Made-to-Order Department by optimizing programs, implementing engineering changes, and turning customer designs into production-ready instructions.

The role requires strong CNC skills, math proficiency, and the ability to read prints and design specs. The team emphasizes collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement in a growth-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must have superior CNC and computer programming skills.
• Good math skills, especially algebra and trigonometry.
• Excellent reading comprehension skills.
• Good listening, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills and be highly detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs to automate equipment.
• Create and revise programs for unique customer designs and ECNs.
• Assist with pilot runs and launch teams for new products.
• Attend staff meetings and document action items and minutes.
