Job summary

Marvin is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs for our window and door production, including unique customer designs. You’ll use AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog to optimize programs and implement engineering changes across Made-to-Order projects.

The role requires strong math, reading, and problem-solving abilities, plus experience with design prints and the Office 365 suite.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and an Associate’s degree in CNC programming or related field.
• 3+ years of Programming / CNC / AutoCAD Programming experience.
• Certification from an accredited technical school.
• 5 years of door product knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for standard products and unique customer designs.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog.
• Implement ECNs and evaluate current CNC program designs to improve solutions.
• Prepare samples and CNC operations for pilot runs and support launch teams.
• Attend staff meetings and record minutes while staying organized.
