Job summary

Marvin is hiring a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs for windows and doors. You will support the Made-to-Order Department by creating and optimizing programs using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog, and implement engineering changes for unique customer designs.

The role requires strong math skills, attention to detail, and solid experience with CNC programming, CAD tools, and Windows Office. Marvin offers health benefits and career growth in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and CNC programming education or certification.
• 3+ years of experience in Programming/CNC/AutoCAD programming.
• Experience with office productivity tools and CAD software is preferred.
• Knowledge of door products is a plus and detail-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automated equipment.
• Create and revise programs for standard and custom door designs.
• Implement ECNs and evaluate CNC program designs for improvements.
• Prepare samples, assist with pilot runs, and support launch teams.
• Utilize Marvin Docs, ECN system, and ICIM in daily work.
