Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs for our made-to-order doors and windows. You will implement engineering changes, optimize programs, and support pilots and launches in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong CNC and programming skills with attention to detail.
• Strong math skills including algebra and trigonometry.
• Experience with reading design prints and using measurement tools.
• Proficiency with Office 365 applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automation equipment.
• Create, revise, and optimize programs for standard and custom door designs.
• Support ECN process and prepare samples for pilot runs.
• Participate in meetings and maintain organized documentation.
