Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs for window and door production. You will optimize programs using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog, implement engineering changes, and support unique customer designs.

The role requires strong CNC skills, math proficiency, and experience with ECN systems and Marvin Docs. A technical degree and door knowledge are highly valued. Benefits and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• Must have superior CNC and computer programming skills.
• Good math skills, especially algebra and trigonometry.
• Excellent reading comprehension.
• Good listening, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving and be highly detail oriented.
• Experience with MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Wood door component knowledge and ability to read design prints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automation equipment.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog.
• Develop and implement CNC programs for unique customer door designs and ECN-driven changes.
• Assist launch teams and attend staff meetings; prepare samples for pilots.
• Review and release special orders from GCOD hold; support pilot runs.
• Maintain organization, attention to detail, and participate in improvement teams.
