Job summary

Marvin is hiring a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs for our doors and windows. You will support the Made-to-Order Department by creating and optimizing CNC programs using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog, and implement engineering changes.

The role requires strong math, reading, and communication skills, plus a detail-oriented, self-directed work style. You will collaborate with design and launch teams to bring customer designs to life.

Qualifications

• Must have superior CNC and computer programming skills.
• Good math skills, especially algebra and trigonometry.
• Excellent reading comprehension.
• Good listening, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills and be highly detail oriented.
• Excellent time management skills / ability to work with little to no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs to automate equipment.
• Facilitate generation of monthly scorecards, weekly status reports and planning documents.
• Develop programs for standard products using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog.
• Create and revise CNC programs for custom door designs and ECNs.
• Review and release special orders from GCOD hold; assist with pilots and launches; participate in improvement teams.
