Job summary

Maini Consulting Group in Staten Island, NY seeks an experienced CNC Programmer / Stone Fabrication Lead to support a growing custom stone fabrication operation.

You will program, set up, and operate CNC machinery for countertops, panels, and other stone products, while leading a developing fabrication team.

This hands-on role requires strong CAD/CAM skills, attention to quality, safety, and the ability to optimize workflows as production scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC programming and machine operation experience within the stone fabrication industry.
• Proven experience working with granite, quartz, marble, and natural stone materials.
• Strong proficiency in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Experience interpreting shop drawings, templates, and fabrication specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in a production environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of fabrication operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift materials and work within an active manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Stone Fabrication Lead to support a growing custom stone fabrication operation. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with strong CNC programming expertise and a background in granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing production standards, optimizing workflows, and helping build a high-performing fabrication team as operations expand.

Key Responsibilities
