Kalven Group Of LLC is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for Stone Fabrication. The role involves leading daily stone fabrication operations, overseeing CNC machinery and PM, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is required, with CNC maintenance experience preferred. Candidate should have 5+ years in stone fabrication or related manufacturing, 3+ years in a leadership role, and be able to lift 50+ lbs; overtime or emergency

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• CNC maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work overtime or emergency shifts as needed.
• Technical certification and Spanish/Portuguese bilingual skills are a plus.

• Train and supervise employees, develop SOPs, and track production KPIs.

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and basic PLC issues on CNC machines, bridge saws, polishers, and conveyors.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Read schematics and use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment failures.
• Replace worn components and ensure machinery meets safety standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• CNC maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work overtime or emergency shifts as needed.
