Job summary

ManpowerGroup is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Hanover, PA to hire an experienced CNC Programmer. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to work with advanced machining technology while supporting the production of high-precision aerospace components.

Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs, interpret drawings and specifications, and utilize CAD/CAM software to create tooling paths.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must understand CNC controls and machining processes for mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems and SPC required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• U.S. Person compliant with ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for aerospace parts.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
• Create tooling paths using CAD/CAM software and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

Manpower is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Hanover, PA to hire an experienced CNC Programmer . This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to work with advanced machining technology while supporting the production of high-precision aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision-machined aerospace parts

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications

• Utilize CAD/CAM software to create machining programs and tooling paths

• Troubleshoot CNC machining issues and recommend process improvements

• Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required specifications

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste

• Train operators on CNC programs, machine setup, and best practices

• Develop inspection documentation and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of CNC controls, machining processes, mills, lathes, and grinders

• Experience with CAD/CAM systems and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Must be a U.S. Person in compliance with ITAR regulations
