Job summary

ManpowerGroup is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Hanover, PA to hire a skilled CNC Programmer. This direct hire role offers work with advanced machining technology to support the production of high-precision aerospace components.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls, milling, turning, and grinding processes.
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems and SPC.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Must be a U.S. Person in compliance with ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision-machined aerospace parts.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to create machining programs and tooling paths.
• Troubleshoot CNC machining issues and recommend process improvements.
• Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train operators on CNC programs, machine setup, and best practices.
• Develop inspection documentation and maintain accurate records.
