ManpowerGroup seeks a CNC Programmer for its manufacturing client in Du Bois, PA. You will operate and program CNC lathes to produce precision metal parts, review blueprints, and select speeds, feeds, and tools to meet tight tolerances.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong math, blueprint reading, and measurement skills are essential, along with clear written and verbal communication.
Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CNC Programmer
Location: Du Bois, PA
Pay Range: $33,280 - $52,000
Shift: Day shift - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm; Second shift - 3:15 pm to 2:00 am. Work schedule consists of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays is optional.
