LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer in Parsippany, NJ to plan, develop, and implement production methods and cell set-ups for multiple machining platforms.
You will program CNC machines (3-5 axis), review drawings for manufacturability, and drive continuous improvement with lean methods in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role; applicants with 0 years may be considered if they have relevant internships/Co-ops and coursework in aerospace manufacturing (or equivalent industry).
Familiarity with CAD (Creo or equivalent) and GD&T drawing standards. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with hands‑on requirements. Ability to interact with and instruct a broad spectrum of people, including technicians, machinists, suppliers and customers.
Strong knowledge of machining, material properties, CNC programming for multiple type CNC equipment using MasterCam and equivalent programming software, etc. as it relates to manufacture of component parts a very large plus. Gear Hobbing experience also preferred. Familiarity with electronics and electric circuits. Knowledge of electric motors and hydraulic motors, servo valves and hydraulic test equipment. Experience with aircraft and/or military equipment. Understanding of aerospace standards and requirements. Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management Systems and auditing. Experience in FAA/EASA certifications a plus.
