Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in precision CNC machining (turning, milling, multi-axis).
• Experience leading machining process improvements: spindle utilization, setup reduction, tooling, and scheduling discipline.
• Direct exposure to SAP CM25 / Fiori scheduling, routing management, and capacity planning.
• Hands-on tool management; Siemens TMGR experience is a strong differentiator.
• Experience leading Kaizen events, VSM workshops and 5S in a machining/fabrication setting.
• CAD/CAM proficiency (Siemens NX, Mastercam) and Vericut simulation a plus.
• Familiarity with GD&T, precision measurement, and CMM-based inspection.

Aufgaben

• Own CNC machining value streams from raw stock to finished part release.
• Drive spindle time optimization across turning, milling, and multi-axis cells.
• Own and improve machine scheduling using SAP CM25 / Fiori.
• Champion Siemens TMGR tool management for presets, life, and tool building.
• Define setup standards: part setup, work-holding, first-article verification, handover docs.
• Collaborate with programmers on CAM strategy improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis on scrap, rework, and non-conformances in machining.
• Develop and execute improvement roadmaps between audit cycles.
• Maintain manufacturing qualification matrix per SYNCHRO; identify training gaps.
• Ensure SAP routing data, machine times, sequences, and resource assignments are current.
