Burkert USA Corp seeks an experienced CNC manufacturing professional to own machining processes across turning and multi-axis cells, optimize spindle usage, and drive scheduling discipline using SAP CM25/Fiori. You will manage tooling with Siemens TMGR and lead Kaizen events to improve efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a technical field and 5–8 years in precision CNC environments, with CAD/CAM and GD&T experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline is required.
• 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in a precision CNC machining environment.
• Experience with SAP production modules CM25 / Fiori for scheduling, routing, and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience with tool management systems; Siemens TMGR is a differentiator.
• Experience leading Kaizen / VSM / 5S in machining or fabrication.
• CAD/CAM proficiency is expected (Siemens NX, Mastercam or equivalent).
• Familiarity with GD&T and CMM-based inspection of machined components.

• CNC Machining Process Ownership across turning, milling, and multi-axis cells.
• Drive spindle time optimization and efficient machine scheduling.
• Champion TMGR tool management and tooling life management.
• Define and enforce setup standards and handover documentation.
• Partner with programmers on CAM strategy improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis on scrap and non-conformances.
• Develop and execute a structured improvement roadmap between audits.
• Maintain qualification matrix and training plans for machinists.
• Ensure SAP routing and CM25 data reflect current processes.
• Develop digital machine handbooks and maintain maintenance logs.
• Drive poka-yoke in setups and inspections.
• Support process development in welding towards ASME BPE welding as needed.
• Contribute to downstream operations and intralogistics improvements.
