You will optimize spindle time across turning, milling, and multi-axis cells, define setup standards, partner with CAM teams, and drive structured improvements while ensuring SAP routing accuracy and tool management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred with 5–8 years in a precision CNC machining environment.
• Ownership of machining process improvements: spindle utilization, setup reduction, tooling programs, and scheduling discipline.
• Experience with SAP CM25/Fiori scheduling, routing management, and capacity planning.
• Tool management systems experience; Siemens TMGR is a differentiator.
• Leading Kaizen events, VSM workshops, and 5S programs in machining.
• CAD/CAM proficiency (Siemens NX, Mastercam, or equivalent); Vericut preferred.
• Familiarity with GD&T, precision measurement, and CMM-based inspection.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize CNC machining value stream processes from raw stock to finished part release.
• Drive spindle time optimization across turning, milling, and multi-axis cells.
• Define and enforce setup standards, including first-article verification and handover documentation.
• Partner with CAM programmers on strategy improvements and tool management.
• Lead root cause analysis on scrap, rework, and non-conformances; drive a structured improvement roadmap.
• Maintain manufacturing qualification matrix and training plans for machinists and operators.
• Ensure SAP routing data reflects current times, sequences, and resources.
