Job summary

Parts Tool & Die, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer focused on CNC programming and job processing. The role emphasizes precision, structured documentation, and ensuring production has accurate, current information to run jobs correctly.

The candidate will develop programs for CNC milling and turning, prepare setup documentation, and work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production to raise manufacturing capability over time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, CNC programming or machining support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred; experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC milling and turning programs.
• Create and modify CAM toolpaths, sequences, feeds, speeds, and offsets.
• Review programs and documentation for completeness and revision status before production release.
• Prepare routers, setup docs, tooling lists, and shop-floor models.
• Collaborate with Engineering, machinists, Quality, and Production to ensure accuracy and readiness.
