Job summary

Parts Tool & Die is a precision manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – CNC Programming & Job Processing to develop and maintain CNC milling and turning programs and to prepare production-ready documentation.

You will collaborate with Engineering, machinists, Quality and Production to verify information, maintain revision-control, and support readiness for First Article; the role offers structured processes, measurable expectations, and opportunity to grow CNC capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing engineering or CNC programming.
• Experience with CAM programming for CNC milling/turning.
• Working knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances.
• AS9100 familiarity and document-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for milling and turning in approved methods.
• Create CAM toolpaths, machining sequences, feeds, speeds, work offsets.
• Review job packages for revisions and completeness.
• Prepare routers, setup instructions, tooling lists and models.
• Ensure documentation aligns with AS9100 and is revision-controlled.
• Collaborate with Engineering, machinists, Quality and Production; grow CNC capability.
