Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a precision CNC manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Mastercam or equivalent CNC programming software.
• Skilled in 2D/3D CAD modeling using SolidWorks or VISI.
• Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, workholding, and tooling.
• Ability to read complex drawings with GD&T and specs.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process reliability.

Required Skills
