Job summary

Production Saw & Machine in Michigan is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for our Short Run team. You will lead CNC setup and programming efforts to produce precision parts for automotive and industrial customers.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC setup, G-code proficiency, and the ability to interpret blueprints. You will work across lathe, mill, and machining center setups to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC setup experience.
• Proficient in G-code programming at the machine.
• Able to interpret blueprints and select tooling.
• Experience with Lathe, Mill, and Machining Center setups.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs from start to finish.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering for efficient runs.
• Operate CNC machines between setup tasks.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and production targets.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and machine concerns.
• Maintain machine maintenance and housekeeping.
