Production Saw & Machine in Michigan is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our Short Run team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of CNC setup experience, be proficient in G-Code programming at the machine, and interpret blueprints with confidence.

You will set up jobs from start to finish, coordinate with Quality and Engineering to ensure efficient runs, and operate CNC machines between setup tasks while meeting production targets and maintaining machine readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years CNC setup experience.
• Proficient in G-Code programming at the machine.
• Proficient in job setup from initial stages to jaws/work holding, tool setup, and programming.
• Able to interpret blueprints and inspection criteria.
• Knowledgeable on Lathe, Mills and Machining Center setups.

• Set up jobs from start to finish on CNC equipment.
• Communicate with Quality and Engineering to ensure efficient runs.
• Operate CNC machines between setup tasks.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and production rate requirements.
• Troubleshoot quality and machine concerns.
• Maintain mechanical integrity and cleanliness of machines.
• Collect and document process data for continuous improvement.
