Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine specifications and machining requirements.
• Operate machines by loading/unloading parts and adjusting settings.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to optimize performance.
• Verify part conformance using measurement tools and documents results.
• Maintain accurate setup procedures and production logs.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
