Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years CNC setup experience.
• Proficient in job setup from initial stages to jaws/workholding, tool setup, and programming.
• Confident in interpreting blueprints.
• Experience on Lathe, Mills, and Machining Center setups.

Responsibilities

• Setting up jobs from start to finish.
• Communicating with Quality and Engineering to ensure efficient runs.
• Operating CNC machines between setup tasks.
• Meeting or exceeding efficiency and production rate requirements.
• Maintaining machine integrity through maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Collecting and documenting data.
