Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNC experience; programming preferred.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods to support SQDC priorities.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
• Understand how own work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Participate in Lean Kaizen events and support the Lean Roadmap.
• Support New Product Introduction and CNC processes.
